How to Delete Your PandaLingo Account
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in the PandaLingo app (operated by 北京曦临科技有限公司).
Steps to request account deletion
- Open the PandaLingo app on your device.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account (shown in red).
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your account, membership benefits, and cloud data will be permanently deleted and the deletion takes effect immediately. This action cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the in-app option (for example, you no longer have the app installed), email your deletion request to huangrui@focustide.cn. Please include the email address you used to sign in. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted and what is retained

| Data stored locally on your device | Removed from the device after you delete your account |
If your account has not been active for 2 consecutive years, we may delete it and its associated data in line with our Privacy Policy.
