PandaLingo provides AI-powered language assistance tools for travelers in China, including but not limited to:

• Camera-based image recognition and translation
• Voice recording, speech-to-text, and translation
• Text-to-speech playback of translated content
• Saving and organizing useful phrases as cards
• Scan and conversation history management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Not share your account with others
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

PandaLingo does not provide medical, nutritional, legal, financial, payment processing, emergency rescue, or official translation services. The Service is a travel convenience tool, not a substitute for professional advice.

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload using PandaLingo (photos, recordings, saved cards). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing translation and related services.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal or harmful material
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Claim to be an official representative of PandaLingo
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the Service's operation for other users

Some features of PandaLingo may require payment. Pricing will be clearly displayed before you commit to any purchase.

You are responsible for all network data charges and device costs associated with using the Service. We are not liable for any third-party charges.

The PandaLingo name, logo, software, and all associated intellectual property are owned by 北京曦临科技有限公司. You may not use the PandaLingo brand without our prior written consent.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or brand assets beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

PandaLingo relies on third-party services including cloud hosting, AI models, and voice processing. Your use of these services through PandaLingo is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services that are outside our control.

You may stop using PandaLingo at any time and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us or using the in-app deletion feature.

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms, with prior notice where possible.

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them to improve our products without obligation to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on AI-generated translations.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect through the app or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Beijing, China.
